This Privacy Policy describes how Zervox (the “Service”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Service. We keep data collection minimal and use it only to operate the Service.
When you create an account, we collect your email address. When you run an analysis, we store the listing content you submit (title, bullets, description, images) and the resulting report. We also collect basic usage data such as timestamps, credit consumption, and technical logs needed to operate the Service reliably.
We use your data to provide the Service, maintain account security, communicate service-related information (for example, analysis completion or account deletion reminders), and improve product quality. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
To operate the Service, we rely on infrastructure providers for hosting, databases, authentication, transactional email, and AI analysis. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and data protection terms. Data is transmitted securely and retained only as long as needed to operate the Service.
Analysis reports are kept while your account is active so you can access them from your history. Account activity logs are retained for security and audit purposes. When you request account deletion, we anonymize personal identifiers and enter a 7-day cooling period during which you can cancel the deletion. After that period, your account and associated personal data are permanently removed.
You have the right to access, export, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Most of these actions are available from your account settings. We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. Your browser settings allow you to refuse cookies, though this may prevent sign-in from working.
The Service is intended for business users and is not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete the data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to your registered address at least 14 days before taking effect.
