Terms of Service

By accessing or using Zervox (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms govern your relationship with Zervox.

1. The Service

Zervox analyzes Amazon product listing content you submit against a public research framework published by Amazon (COSMO). The Service returns a report identifying coverage gaps and recommendations. We do not access your Amazon Seller Central account, modify your listings, or transmit data to Amazon on your behalf. The analysis runs on text and images you paste or upload.

2. Your account

To use the Service you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to submit content that is unlawful, infringing on third-party rights, or that you do not have the right to analyze. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Fees and credits

The Service operates on a credit system. One analysis consumes a fixed number of credits, displayed at the time of purchase. Paid credits do not expire. We do not operate automatic renewals or subscriptions. Prices and credit ratios may change for future purchases; existing credits are unaffected.

5. Refunds

Credits that have not yet been consumed may be refunded within 14 days of purchase by contacting us. Credits consumed by a completed analysis are non-refundable, except in cases where the analysis failed due to a fault on our side.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of any listing content you submit. You grant Zervox a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not sell, publish, or otherwise disclose your content to third parties beyond the infrastructure providers we use to operate the Service.

7. Intellectual property

All rights in the Service itself, including its software, design, branding, and report format, remain with Zervox. The COSMO framework and its research are credited to their respective authors (Amazon). Nothing in these terms grants you a license to Zervox trademarks or proprietary methods.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. Zervox makes no guarantees that analysis recommendations will improve sales, ranking, or any other business outcome. Amazon’s ranking algorithms are not public and may change. The Service is a tool for analysis, not a guarantee of results.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zervox is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your account is anonymized and then permanently deleted after a grace period as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to your registered address at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
